Lions Club of Guernsey
District 105SC
Region 2 Zone I Chartered 1967
About the club ...
"Lions Clubs are an international network of men and women who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities across the world."
That's the official line.
In practice, we are a group of energetic, practical, (and very sociable!) local people, who want to make a contribution to our island community.
Events and promotions may be subject to terms and conditions. Please contact us for details.
Our meetings
Our club is organised into a number of committees, looking after our fundraising, our welfare work, and the administration of the club.
The whole club usually meet on the second Tuesday of each month, usually at Les Cotils in St. Peter Port.
A further meeting is held on the Fourth Tuesday of each month to discuss projects and events. The venue for this meeting may vary each month.
Visiting Lions, or others who may like to attend one of our meetings, are advised to contact us first. Our meeting programme is sometimes adjusted to avoid club social events and public holidays. If you get in touch, we would be happy to let you know what's going on.
